Summary: non delivery 2010-02-11

Comment: The company accepted my order, processed my payment, sent confirmation, sent confirmation of shipment then 4 days later emailed that they did not have my size. They processed refund later. Cannot understand how they can confirm shipment then 4 days later say they dont have my size. Poor business procedures.
